WHO WE WORK WITH

Strategy Means Nothing Without Deployment.

You have a mandate and limited internal bandwidth to execute it.

We identify the right technology, structure the pilot around commercial milestones, and stay until it's operating in your environment.
You have working technology, initial sales and need corporate access or a design partner in foreign markets.

We open doors to active buyers across Europe, GCC, USA, Asia and Israel, plus we structure engagements that lead to procurement, not just pilots.
You have a policy mandate and need proven technology to deliver it.

We match you with deployment-ready solutions and manage the process to a measurable outcome.

WHAT WE DO

CivicLabs moves built environment technology from identified to deployed.

Technology Scouting

We identify and qualify built environment technology matched to your mandate.

We do this across Israel, Europe, USA, Asia & the GCC.

Pilot Execution

We structure every pilot around commercial milestones, not demos.

Then we manage execution into a deployment decision.

Outcome Tracking

We define what success looks like for you before any engagement begins.

Then we report against it at every stage. No surprises.

Deployment Strategy

We help corporate teams build the internal case for technology adoption.

Every engagement leads to procurement, not just a pilot.

Why CivicLabs

One sector. Multiple markets. A proven record of outcomes.

Sector Depth

We work exclusively in the built environment.

That means we already know where technology stalls, before we start.

Global Reach

Relationships with corporate buyers and deployment-ready startups in Israel, Europe, GCC, USA, and Asia. No cold intros. Every connection is warm.

Execution First

We structure every engagement around commercial milestones and stay until a deployment outcome is reached.

Measured by Deployment

We define what deployment success looks like before any engagement begins. Activity without deployment is not a result.
WHY IT MATTERS

You Can't Scale What

You Haven’t Deployed.

Most innovation programs produce reports. We structure every engagement around a single question:

Is this technology operating in your environment yet?

FAQs

FAQ’s

How engagements work, who we work with, and what to expect.
Our primary corporate clients are large construction, real estate, infrastructure, and utilities companies with active technology deployment mandates — typically driven by ESG commitments, productivity targets, or regulatory requirements they cannot meet through internal capacity alone. On the startup side, we work with growth-stage built environment technology companies that have moved past early validation and are ready to enter new markets or scale existing deployments. We don’t work with every company that comes to us — we work with the ones where there’s a real operational problem, a defined mandate, and genuine readiness to move from conversation to deployment.
A proof of concept is designed to answer the question: does this technology work? A CivicLabs pilot is designed to answer a different question: can this technology perform in your operational environment, at the terms required for a commercial agreement? The distinction matters because most built environment pilots fail not because the technology doesn’t work — but because there was no commercial structure in place when the pilot started. We enter every pilot with defined success metrics, agreed milestones, and a clear line of sight to what a scaled deployment looks like. The pilot is the first stage of a commercial relationship, not a standalone experiment.

We currently operate across five active regions: Israel, Europe, the GCC, the USA, and Asia. Our cross-border capabilities are strongest in the Israel ↔ GCC and Israel ↔ Europe corridors, where we have established operator relationships and a track record of facilitating market entry in both directions. For corporate clients outside Israel, this geographic reach means access to a qualified pipeline of built environment technology that isn’t yet visible in your local market — and a partner who already understands the regulatory, cultural, and commercial conditions on the ground.

It depends on scope, but most engagements move from initial conversation to a signed engagement in one to three months. From there, a structured pilot typically runs three to six months, depending on the sector and the complexity of the deployment environment. We design engagements to produce visible commercial outcomes within a single budget cycle — not because we cut corners, but because we know that open-ended timelines are how pilots die. If you have a specific mandate and timeline in mind, that’s the starting point for the conversation.
