You Can't Scale What
You Haven’t Deployed.
Most innovation programs produce reports. We structure every engagement around a single question:
Is this technology operating in your environment yet?
One Goal. Two Paths. technology deployed in the built environment.
For Corporate Innovation Leaders
You have a mandate to deploy new technologies and limited internal bandwidth to execute it.
CivicLabs runs the process end to end. From identifying the right technology to structuring the pilot, to reaching a deployment decision.
- Curated deal flow from Israel, Europe, USA, Asia and the GCC

What Our Clients Have To Say About Us
Together with CivicLabs, we embarked on a structured innovation journey designed to bring new ideas closer to the field and transform challenges into opportunities. With their support, we established dedicated innovation forums that bring together professionals from across the company, engineers, project managers, site teams, and business leaders. These forums create a unique space where challenges are openly discussed, ideas are shared, and new solutions are explored.
CivicLabs has also helped us broaden our exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative startups from Israel and around the world.
CivicLabs understood from day one what it means to work with an agile deep-tech startup.
As a company operating at the intersection of AI and critical infrastructure, we needed a partner that could move at our pace and address our real needs – not a generic accelerator program. CivicLabs delivered exactly that.
FAQ’s
What types of companies do you work with?
How is a CivicLabs pilot different from a standard proof of concept?
Which geographies do you operate in?
We currently operate across five active regions: Israel, Europe, the GCC, the USA, and Asia. Our cross-border capabilities are strongest in the Israel ↔ GCC and Israel ↔ Europe corridors, where we have established operator relationships and a track record of facilitating market entry in both directions. For corporate clients outside Israel, this geographic reach means access to a qualified pipeline of built environment technology that isn’t yet visible in your local market — and a partner who already understands the regulatory, cultural, and commercial conditions on the ground.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope, but most engagements move from initial conversation to a signed engagement in one to three months. From there, a structured pilot typically runs three to six months, depending on the sector and the complexity of the deployment environment. We design engagements to produce visible commercial outcomes within a single budget cycle — not because we cut corners, but because we know that open-ended timelines are how pilots die. If you have a specific mandate and timeline in mind, that’s the starting point for the conversation.
